RESERVATIONS:
No telephone ticket reservation service is available.
TICKET REFUND:
Cancellation of tickets represents a 10% discount over the price
of the same when requested 48 hours prior to departure.
If cancellation is requested between 48 hours and 2 hours prior
to departure, the discount will represent 20% of the ticket
price.
No cancellation and, consequently, no refund whatsoever in the
price of the ticket will take place within the 2 hours
immediately prior to departure.
No refund whatsoever will be received for the price of the
ticket in the case of no-show of the traveller at departure
time.
CHECK-IN FOR LUGGAGE AND MERCHANDISE:
Luggage is understood as any object that, upon the
traveller’s request, accompanies them throughout the trip. All
passengers have the right to carry a maximum of 30 kg of weight,
at no charge whatsoever, inside the vehicle’s luggage bay.
Luggage surpassing said weight will be include a surcharge.
Merchandise is understood as any object that is not related with
any of the vehicle passengers.
Passenger transport liability for damage, loss or breakdown
suffered by the vehicles and merchandise will be limited in
virtue of that arranged in Law 16/1987, dated July 30,
pertaining to Planning of Inland Transport.
Passengers are solely and exclusively responsible for their hand
luggage and personal effects that are carried on the vehicle.
The Company is not subject to arbitrage.
Smoking inside the buses is forbidden. |
